Over 'Full Body Sprains' realisation I have met so many amazing, intelligent individuals, learned a lot about myself and my existence, having experienced some of the most pivotal moments in my life thus far. The journey reflects the time before, during and after change and subsequent growth - the documentation of deconstruction, recollection, closure and comprehension.
